Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance tech to join our apartment community team. This position is required to be on base!
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain HVAC systems, including performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Assist with property upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations as needed.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Proven experience as a restoration or maintenance technician, preferably in residential or multi-family properties.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work
