Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep high-speed bottling and packaging lines operating safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and control equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, support changeovers, and respond quickly to downtime events. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on bottling and packaging equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and support systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, drives, conveyors, pneumatics, and sensors
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Support equipment changeovers, setups, and line improvements
  • Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout and quality standards
  • Document maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMSCollaborate with operators, engineers, and peers to improve equipment reliability
  • Identify and recommend process and reliability improvements for production lines

Required Skills

  • Electro-mechanical troubleshooting
  • Programmable logic controller (PLC) basics
  • Industrial electrical systems (3-phase, motors, drives)
  • Mechanical systems repair (gears, conveyors, pneumatics)
