We are seeking a skilled and reliable Floor Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install flooring materials according to specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate with clients or supervisors regarding project progress and issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in flooring installation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, plans, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
