Mission Critical Group is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to support installations and maintenance for data centers and mission-critical facilities. In this entry-level role, you'll work alongside experienced electricians to install conduit, pull wire, set panels, and assist with testing and troubleshooting while learning NEC standards and safety practices. You'll read basic drawings, use hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in data centers and mission-critical facilities
  • Pull wire, install conduit, cable trays, panels, outlets, and lighting per drawings and NEC requirements under supervision
  • Use hand and power tools safely to support electrical construction and infrastructure upgrades
  • Help perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electrical work
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, one-lines, and wiring diagrams with guidance
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE protocols
  • Track materials, tools, and daily progress as directed by journeyman or foreman
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and site staff to meet schedules and quality standards

Required Skills

  • Basic electrical installation (wiring, terminations, devices)
