As the Child Development Program Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of a Child Development Center. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our programs comply with all legal and regulatory requirements while also meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

You will provide expert oversight in the care of children in a variety of settings, including full day, part day, and specialized programs. You will assess the requirements for program equipment and materials and ensure a nurturing environment that fosters cognitive, physical, and emotional growth for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, including those with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.

This position also involves managing the financial operations of the Child Development Program, including the facilities, grounds, equipment, health, and safety measures. You will work to ensure the program meets established financial goals while preparing and executing budgets for both appropriated and non-appropriated funding.

Your leadership skills will be essential as you supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate staff and supervisors, guaranteeing that our educational and developmental programs run smoothly and effectively.
