Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.81 per hour (including incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

• Support families in foster care to achieve permanency for children in Managing Conservatorship of DFPS.
• Collaborate with biological parents to help them access services and reunify with their children.
• Facilitate reunification when possible; otherwise work to secure a safe, permanent family‑like setting for the children.
• Conduct home visits, attend court hearings, and coordinate with community stakeholders.
• Partner with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and other partners to build lasting relationships with families.

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Empathetic, eager to learn, and passionate about helping families succeed during times of crisis.
• Commitment to 13‑week comprehensive training program, including field experience, in‑office learning, and classroom training.
