Texas Family Initiative in Texas is seeking a full-time Permanency Case Manager to support foster care families and pursue permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS. You will conduct home visits, attend court hearings, and coordinate with parents, CASA, and community partners.
The role requires an accredited Bachelor’s Degree and a valid driver’s license. A 13-week training program with field experience, in-office learning, and a mentor is provided to guide you.
