Driver - Helper

E. Keith Company is a leading distributor of fine food and beverages across the United States. We are looking for a Driver Helper to support our drivers in unloading and delivering products on assigned routes.

The Driver Helper position will assist the driver in the unloading and delivery of products on the route.

• Assist the driver with routes delivering products consisting of multiple stops.
• Place delivered products in various assigned storage locations at each stop according to the customer’s request.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage due to mishandling.
• Perform duties by following the Company’s safety standards.

• Assist in reading maps and directions with driver.
• Report delays, accidents or other traffic and transportation situations to bases.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Education/GED required.

• Able to perform repetitive lifting of over 50 lbs; occasional lifting over 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk extensively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend at the waist, stoop, and squat to lift heavy items in a proper manner.
• Must have normal use of shoulders, arms, wrist, hands, feet and legs.
• Must be able to read numbers and product descriptions.
