Job Summary

Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and safe transport of merchandise. The driver will adhere to assigned routes and time schedules while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure the orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow the time schedule.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Travel within established geographic areas as necessary.
• Meet DOT compliance and the requirements of the Driver Safety Manual.
• Use Mobilelink app for delivery routing software procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of driving experience within the past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• DOT Medical Examination Card and ongoing DOT compliance.
• Accurate inventory maintenance ability.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Flexible and able to ask questions.
• Reliable transportation and meeting company driving record and automobile insurance requirements.
• Attendance requirement: regular, consistent, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance, including the ability to work regular hours and shifts, before and after hours, and on weekends, when required.
• Wine and Spirits warehouse experience a plus.
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check and a pre‑employment DOT drug screen.
• Must obtain and retain a valid DOT Medical Examination Card.

Pay: $26.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities and a $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
