About the RoleSystem Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in western America. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03
Annual Pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73
Additional compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
Flatbed Rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.
Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 orientation).

- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Safe driving record required
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- 4+ months driving experience (preferred 1 year)
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice (required)
- Trucks equipped with lane departure, forward collision warning, hard brake monitoring, satellite communication.
- 24/7/365 road service and maintenance.
- Driver portal app for real‑time updates, pay, trip data, notifications.
