• Deliver products to customers with an average of 10-12 stops per day, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping orders and paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs.
• Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help the organization grow.

• High school diploma or GED and proficiency in reading/writing English.
• Two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent completion of a Truck Driving School, with a valid Class A or B CDL.
• 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years.
• No alcohol‑related convictions within the last ten (10) years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level. Pay Range: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
