• Top pay for top drivers. Earn up to $100,000 per year, including 80

  CPM in bonuses) and $2,200 for top weeks. Bring the time and talent, and K&B will bring the freight, pay, and equipment to make it happen.
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,725. We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you’re giving us time, you’re getting paid.
• Drive reliable, modern equipment. Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more.
• Run 100% No‑touch freight. We need drivers to drive‑worry about the road, not about your load.
• Home time options to fit your lifestyle. Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience‑ask recruiter for details.
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses
• Paid air fare to orientation and between work time and home time

CPM pay is comprised of a 75

CPM base pay and 5

CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.

Driver Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

• $1500 - $1800 or more per week

• Hourly Pay: $23.62 per hour
• Per Diem Pay: $27.24 per night
• Travel Reimbursement: $0.72.5 cpm (excluding first 50 miles each way)
• Safety Bonus: $300 quarterly ($1200/year)
• Up to $2400 in additional bonuses

  Monday
  - Friday occasional Saturday
• 5:30 - 6:00 AM start time

Deliver SOLO To: TX, occasionally to OKC, LA, AR

Tractor Type:
Day Cab Must be able to drive a manual

Trailer Type:
Flatbed

12 Months of Flatbed Experience is Required

Equipment:
Truck Mounted Forklift experience highly preferred

Trucks include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
