You will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 - $1,795.03
• Annual Pay: $53,736.33 - $93,341.73
• Additional compensation:
  Tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more
• Mileage rate: 0.52 - 0.66 CPM, (depending on experience) $1,800 transition package to help you settle in

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 1 year truck driving experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Clean driving record and mandatory drug test
• Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation)

Position Overview:

Drivers on this fleet start and end their days at their designated home yard. Drivers will advance a load in one direction, slip seat, and return to the starting location with another load: no touch freight and no long waits at the docks. • 6 months of recent verifiable regional or over-the-road experience with a CDL

Compensation:

• Competitive pay:
  Earn up to $67,600 per year
• Pay increase with tenure: 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter
