Monday - Friday / 7:00PM - 7:00AM
Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $30.39 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from production facility to warehousing facilities.

• Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities.
• Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at destination.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required.
• Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards.

• Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• 1-3 general work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a 2/4-wheel dolly.
• Ability to operate all type of industrial power trucks.
• Familiar with DOT regulations.
• Valid Class A and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Interstate designation required on CDL1 plus years of commercial driving experience preferred.

Elite OTR Drivers earn $1,900+ per week , with six-figure annual earning potential.

Your compensation includes:

• $233 per day base pay
• $50 per additional stop
• Drivers average approximately 4 paid stops per week (approximately $200 additional weekly )
• Paid detention
• Vacation pay at your daily rate
• OTR resets paid at your full daily rate whenever applicable

Elite drivers have the opportunity to earn additional weekly incentives for maintaining top performance.

• $25 MPG Incentive
• $25 Motive Safety Incentive
• $25 Service Incentive

To qualify, drivers must maintain:

• 7.7+ MPG
• Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher
• 95% or higher service score

Elite OTR Drivers haul some of WEL's strongest freight.

• Primarily 500+ mile refrigerated freight
• Premium long-haul freight network
• Minimum 7 days out
• Flexible unpaid home time
• Assigned Elite freight designed to maximize productivity and earnings

Drivers are expected to remain committed to their assigned Elite freight unless a legitimate safety concern exists.

Elite Fleet drivers receive benefits beyond pay, including:

The Elite Fleet is earned—not assigned.

To qualify, drivers must:

• Complete a minimum of 30 days of employment
• Receive committee approval
• Earn Elite Fleet certification
• Maintain:
• Motive Safety Score of 85+
• MPG greater than 7.6
• Service score above 95%
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and commitment to WEL's standards

Elite drivers also have access to one of the strongest referral programs in trucking.

Refer just one qualified driver each month and earn up to $18,000 annually in referral bonuses.
