Entry Level CDL A Truck Driver - Paid Training

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Abilene drivers can start with a refrigerated fleet running out of the Dallas area that trains new CDL holders on real loads.

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

• Refrigerated freight, main lanes Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
• 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Drop and hook plus live loads and unloads

• Average weekly earnings of $1,300 to $1,500
• Standard mileage pay scale that grows with experience
• $25 stop pay
• Performance bonus program

• CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school. Paid training with a driver trainer, paid every week while you learn.
• Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Skip training and go straight to your own truck.

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live within 200 miles of Lancaster, TX
