Shipping and Recieving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to support our boiler manufacturing operations. This is primarily an office-based position responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records, and working closely with production, purchasing, vendors, and freight carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling freight and preparing shipping documentation.
• Process receiving paperwork, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient material flow and timely customer deliveries.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, track shipments, and assist with inventory control.
• Occasionally assist with warehouse activities, including inspecting shipments and operating a forklift as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
