Material Handler

Mission Critical Group is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support mission-critical facilities and data center projects. In this role, you will load, unload, and move equipment and materials, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory and staging for field teams. You'll assist with shipping and receiving, verify orders, label and store parts, and prepare materials for projects on tight timelines.

Working in a safety-focused, performance-driven culture, you'll collaborate with technical and operations teams and gain exposure to complex infrastructure environments with opportunities to grow your skills in a specialized, high-demand sector.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move materials within data center and mission-critical facility environments
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related material handling equipment per safety standards
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming equipment, parts, and inventory
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to technicians and project teams on schedule
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in tracking systems
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentation
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and project managers to support project timelines
