Warehouse Jobs – $178 Per Diem – Up to $36/hr – Duroc Data Center Project – Abilene, TX
PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking Warehouse Journeymen for their Duroc Data Center Project in Abilene, Texas. This role involves material handling, inventory management, and supporting construction operations in a dynamic industrial environment. Ideal candidates are experienced warehouse professionals with strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Up to $46/hr (base plus incentive) - $178 per diem per day worked (if eligible)

- Two or more years of experience as a Warehouse Person in industrial construction or a related field
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of materials, grades, and MTRs
- Ability to operate a forklift (may be required)
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Awareness of hazards associated with moving equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Adherence to safety, quality, and environmental processes
