What matters most is your drive to learn, your problem-solving spark, and your commitment to doing great work with care and confidence. At our award-winning academies, you wont just learn the basics - youll develop the skills, qualifications, and practical experience to thrive. Youll be out in the community, meeting customers, solving problems, and keeping homes safe and warm.
No two days are the same - from fixing faults and restoring heating, to helping customers run their systems more efficiently and reduce energy use. Every job is a chance to make a real difference. We're proud that our commitment to inclusion and developing future talent has been recognised through awards including EDI Initiative of the Year at the 2026 Women in Utilities Awards, being named a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality for the fifth consecutive year, and recognition as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers .
