The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team, learning and developing skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Responsibilities include routine inspections, vehicle assessment, assisting with repair procedures, and interacting with customers to explain repairs.

Compensation ranges from $15.75 to $23.67 per hour, with a flat‑rate payment model based on tasks completed. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is available.

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certification within the first two years of employment.

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a vocational‑technical program.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent external qualifications.
