Salary Range: $24.02 To $27.88 Hourly
People Incorporated is accepting applications for the position of Project Manager. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for developing and preparing due diligence as well as communications and documentation in support of multi‑family housing development initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have 1‑3 years experience in housing, construction or loan documentation. You will work every day to help fulfill our mission to provide opportunities for economically disadvantaged people to reach their goals in order to enhance their lives, their families and their families.
Responsibilities- Develop and prepare due diligence, communications, and documentation for multi‑family housing development initiatives and projects.
- Maintain project files and track program performance.
- Maintain a working knowledge of low‑income housing tax credit programs and historic tax credits.
- Evaluate potential project locations for feasibility and development potential.
- Prepare and assemble documentation for low‑income housing tax credit applications and loan/grant applications pertaining to housing projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets for project construction and operations.
- Provide onsite inspection of project facilities and work spaces.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; 8 am to 4:30 pm; 40 hours/weekly.
