Dean of Students - Washington County Public Schools

Position Summary:

Assist in the administration of all aspects of the total school program for Washington County Schools by providing educational leadership for students and staff consistent with division goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assists in the oversight of work and behavior of all personnel and students.

Qualification Requirements:
Candidates must possess demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education and/or

Experience:

* Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university.

* Candidates must either be enrolled in a Postgraduate Education Leadership program or possess a Professional License with an endorsement as a Principal or Administration/Supervision K-12.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Effective Date:  school year; 210-day contracted position

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience
