Job Title: Elementary Teacher

Greendale Elementary School, Washington County School District, Abingdon, Virginia.

Performs complex professional work, providing teaching and/or training services to students in general instruction or a specialized subject or assigned group of subjects; motivates students to develop skills in assigned subject matters; performs related work as required; works with general supervision. Limited supervision may be exercised over assigned paraprofessionals.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

• Effective date:  school year.
• Salary: $51,347 to $74,946 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
