Crisis Therapist – Join a Team That Makes a Difference

As a Crisis Therapist at HCS, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. This rewarding opportunity allows you to provide short-term therapy and immediate therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral, and substance use crises.

Crisis therapists play a critical role in helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. The primary focus of crisis counseling is rapid stabilization, risk assessment, de-escalation, and providing immediate support to individuals experiencing high distress and complex, life-threatening situations.

While the work can be challenging, it is also deeply meaningful. Every interaction is an opportunity to provide hope, restore safety, and positively impact someone’s future.

HCS values professional growth and clinical excellence. Licensed-eligible clinicians receive weekly clinical supervision toward licensure, along with experience utilizing evidence-based practices focused on crisis intervention, stabilization, and trauma-informed care.

If you are compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about helping others when they need it most, we invite you to join our team.
