Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA for hybrid in-person service delivery. You will model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support, participate in IDTs, and oversee behavior plan assessments, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
The role includes conducting descriptive and functional assessments, providing direct behavioral treatment, and monitoring restraint use with training to reduce. Must meet 902 KAR 20:410 requirements where applicable.
