• Provide routine daily AV support to employees, faculty, staff, students, and building clients, including support for classroom, conference, and event-related computer and audio/visual technology.
• Set up and configure audiovisual equipment in diverse settings such as meeting rooms, classrooms, and event spaces, ensuring proper functioning of projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and video conferencing systems for each event or session.
• Install new AV equipment according to specifications, mounting projectors, speakers, and screens securely, routing cables neatly, and connecting equipment to appropriate power sources and control systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshooting calls, providing technical assistance and guidance to users on operating AV equipment effectively, including offering basic troubleshooting steps and usage instructions.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends.

• Considerable experience with computers and audio-visual equipment.

• Skilled in audio-visual equipment setup, troubleshooting, help desk support, and system integration, with strong interpersonal abilities that support positive client interactions and dependable service.
