- Develop and execute strategies to grow our insurance footprint throughout the Abingdon area.
- Guide prospective clients through our range of coverage options to find plans that truly meet their needs.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure clients are properly protected as their lives change.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with our office team to streamline the renewal and onboarding process.
- Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local gatherings to deepen our ties with the neighborhood.
- Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Three or more years of experience managing client portfolios in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet production targets.
- High level of comfort using digital policy management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills for managing detailed client documentation.
- Clear and professional communication skills for building client relationships.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
