hapco is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations. You will develop and sustain Lean initiatives, lead waste reduction, and partner with Engineering and Operations to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will train teams, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate across facilities to implement Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and TPM.
