Job Summary:

Paramont Mfg LLC is currently hiring a full-time Painter. This position is a safety-sensitive role responsible for applying specified paint finishes to production parts in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.

Position

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifies production parts as it is received and references work instruction guidelines.

• Sets up and tests paint gun (pressure, patterns, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

• Paints according to work instruction for all parts of that type and specification.

• Inspects parts before painting to ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from foreign materials or chemicals.

• Cleans and maintains paint gun, airlines, and paint suits in appropriate manner.

• Maintains a clean, dust-free work area and ensures proper attire (e.g., paint suits) is always worn, in accordance with the person protective equipment (PPE) company policy.

• Notifies team lead/supervisor of any quality or safety issues.

• Maintains positive interpersonal relationships and works collaboratively as a team member.

• Ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; supports continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour

Comprehensive Benefits Package

401(k): 3% employer contribution regardless of employee participation

Life Insurance: $25,000 employer-provided policy

Bonuses:
Biannual discretionary bonuses

Paid Time Off (PTO): plus 8 paid company holidays

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Sunday to Thursday; occasional overtime based on company demand
