Position SummaryAs an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers.
Some responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
- Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
- Providing wound care and changing dressings
- Supporting documentation and care planning
- Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
- Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

- Active unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- 1‑2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred)
- Active CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high‑pressure settings
