Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - VA Locations

Holston Medical Group is a multispecialty clinic serving northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia, offering high‑quality, value‑based care. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate patient care in the clinic setting, following Holston Medical Group’s quality practice standards, policies, procedures, and customer service expectations. As a member of the clinical staff, you will proactively identify patient needs and implement strategies to improve the patient clinical experience and overall care.

• 3‑5 years of experience working in a high‑volume medical office
• Licensed to practice in the state of Virginia
• Certified as a nurse practitioner through ANCC/AAFNP or holding a Master’s of Nursing (FNP)
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records
• Motivated self‑starter with a flexible, adaptable approach

• Experience in a VA or similar clinical setting
