Compensation: $48,000 (base salary + commissions)

• Provide staffing relief by covering sales routes as needed when the Account Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain mutually beneficial business partnerships utilizing all Blue Ridge Beverage product types and sales resources, with primary intent of maximizing sales and profitability for the retailer and company alike.
• Ensure strict adherence to account service schedule and route assignments as directed by management.
• Establish two-way communications with manager to discuss customer needs, opportunities, account progress and potential issues.
• Recognize product delivery and order opportunities based on storage, minimum load, and customer input to recommend changes to the manager.
• Reduce out-of-stocks/miss-orders through accurate ordering, replacement, redelivery to solve problems and fix issues.
• Update products, costing, pricing, and use of point-of-sale material to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Maintain strict quality control standards within each account according to company standard operating procedures, Stock Rotation and Exchange Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales-related positions.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in technology.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver license with excellent driving record.

The following physical requirements are required to perform the entire job: standing; walking; sitting; stooping; fine finger and hand manipulation; speaking clearly; hearing to maintain conversations; seeing to read and drive; ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
