Pay & Earning Potential- $65,000 – $85,000 annually
- $28–$38/hour + performance bonuses (SPIFFs)

- Lead residential & light commercial HVAC installs from start to finish
- Install systems: furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation
- Manage and mentor install helpers/crew members
- Ensure clean, code-compliant, high-quality installs
- Communicate with homeowners on system use and expectations
- Coordinate with dispatch and project teams to stay on schedule
- Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs moving efficiently
- 5+ years of HVAC install experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of install best practices and code compliance
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or Generac is a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
