Complete Comfort is a family-owned HVAC, electrical, and generator company serving Chilhowie and communities throughout Southwest Virginia.

We want experienced technicians to have the tools, training, and support to succeed in the field. You'll have access to manufacturer training covering Trane, Mitsubishi, and Generac systems, while working alongside an experienced team across HVAC, electrical, and generator services.

We also believe technicians should be able to enjoy their time away from work. There is no on-call requirement, and our team gets to participate in quarterly dinners, company outings, retreats, and other events throughout the year.

Most importantly, we value technicians who take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. We're building a team where good work gets recognized and people have room to grow.

If you're ready for competitive pay, a take-home truck, steady local service work, and no on-call, Complete Comfort would like to hear from you.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
