Duties include cleaning, routine maintenance on heating, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks across residence halls and campus buildings. The role requires 9–12 months of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform standard maintenance duties with basic arithmetic and reporting.
Work schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends off.
