Senior Project Manager

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Retail/Remodel/Structural Steel Experience

DAY TO DAY:

The Senior Project Manager oversees the full scope of construction management and financial cost control. You will review project documents, address design issues, assist in bid preparation, and plan logistics, safety, and scheduling. Coordinate daily with the team, manage staff and budgets, ensure quality control, maintain schedules, handle client communication, and manage contracts and payments. Complete punch lists, close out contracts, finalize budgets, and document lessons learned.
