Responsibilities

• Lead clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive dental care.

• Provide an exceptional, patient-centered experience while building lasting relationships with patients.

• Collaborate with the dental team and non-clinical partners to support efficient practice operations.

• Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety.

• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.

• Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing.

• 1 2 years of clinical experience preferred; select opportunities may consider new graduates.

• Strong commitment to patient care and ethical clinical practice.

• Interest in continued education, mentorship, and professional growth.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
