Title: Controller
Location: Abington, MA
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 base + 10–15% bonus

• Oversee all accounting and finance operations
• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Manage job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Lead and support systems and ERP/accounting integrations as the business scales

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated progression into leadership
• Strong background in construction accounting, including WIP and job costing
