Job Overview

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licensed RN in the state of practice.
• Knowledge and ability to: provide patient‑ and family‑centered practice; demonstrate cultural awareness; communicate effectively; assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses; educate patients and families; administer medications and prescribe drugs; plan discharge; document health information accurately.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) or completion of a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN in an acute‑care setting.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

• Lift, carry, and frequently stand/walk while transporting patients (up to 50 lbs. for transfers).
• Perform activities such as kneeling, bending, squatting, and CPR as required.
