Overview
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Abington, Massachusetts. The RN will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in the Brockton, Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, and surrounding towns.
What You’ll Do- Conduct thorough head‑to‑toe assessments and monitor for subtle changes in patient condition.
- Utilize experience with acute and post‑acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently.
- Perform medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
- Document comprehensive wound assessments, care, and interventions.
- Work independently with the ability to recognize when to elevate concerns.
- Make real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support.
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
- Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
- Use point‑of‑care documentation and technology efficiently.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting productivity expectations.
- Provide care in varied home environments with cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.
- Adapt flexibly to changing patient needs and schedules.
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for full time
Competitive weekly base pay: $57.00 – $62.00 per point, subject to negotiation and qualifications.

- 1‑year training from day one in the office, at home, and online.

- Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
- At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience (past two years) with adults/geriatric patients in acute care, ED, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units.
