Evening Nurse Supervisor Marquis Health Consulting Services
Full-time Evening RN Supervisor position available at a skilled nursing facility in the Abington/ Stoughton, MA area.
Responsibilities:- Leading team of nurses and CNAs to provide quality care within the facility during the evening shift
- Managing patient and family concerns
- Assisting in covering medication carts as needed
- Ensuring proper documentation is completed while on-shift
- RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Prior experience supervising required; prior experience as a supervisor in long-term care is a plus
- Ability to supervise multiple staff members on facility units
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
