Construction Laborer Job Highlights:

• Full-time, 1st shift: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work required)
• Pay depends on experience:
• 3-5 years' experience: $20-25/hour
• 5-9 years' experience: $25-30/hour
• 10+ years' experience: $30-40/hour
• Variety of projects (additions, new builds, decks, remodels, etc.)

Job Summary:

The construction laborer is responsible for supporting the crew by performing physical labor at construction sites. This is a variety of duties including cleaning, assisting carpenters, measuring and cutting materials, minor plumbing and electrical work, and learning all aspects of construction.

Job Duties:

• Follow instructions from construction managers
• Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials.
• Use a wide variety of hand and power tools including saws, drills, nail guns
• Jobs will include new construction home builds, basic plumbing, basic electrical, remodeling, flooring, and clean up
• Maintain high safety standards and following all safety procedures

Construction Laborer

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of prior construction experience required
• Basic to advanced construction knowledge
• Experience with hand and power tools is required
• Willing to learn, take direction, and change duties to meet company needs

Physical Requirements:

• Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Bend, twist, squat, reach, push, and pull for the duration of the shift
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Outdoor exposure – rain, snow, or sunshine!
