Position: Weekend Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist who will also provide weekly administrative support to our Human Resources department
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Schedule
  • Weekend Receptionist

    Hours:

    Saturdays and Sundays
  • Administrative

    Hours:

    2 Weekdays, 3 hours per day (or as scheduled) assisting the Human Resources department
Responsibilities
  • Reception Duties
    • Greet residents, visitors, families, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
    • Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and general inquiries
  • Human Resources Administrative Support
    • File employee personnel records and maintain organized files
    • Contact applicants to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
    • Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative projects
    • Prepare employee badges and other HR documents as needed
    • Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, and data entry
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
