Relationship Banker

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions
• Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients
• Having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of financial and life priorities

• Following established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what's right for clients and the bank
• Growing business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance

Demonstrates expertise in financial services, including cash handling and client relationship management, while effectively connecting clients to financial solutions that align with their goals. Proven ability to execute operational excellence and adhere to established processes in a sales-driven environment.
