Financial Services Representative | Mental Health

Location: Absecon

Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Benefit eligible, including 6 weeks PTO & 11 holidays

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate: $20.19

CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit, is seeking a full-time Financial Services Representative. Under the supervision of the Director of Financial Services, this role provides financial management services to clients with mental health diagnoses. Responsibilities include educating clients on money management, assisting with setting financial goals, tracking credit scores, enrolling in savings programs, and collaborating with the team to address clients' concerns.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work professionally with individuals with mental illness
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Valid NJ Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
