Delta is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands‑on personal care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Shifts include 9a‑3p, 3p‑11p, and 11p‑9a, available full‑time or part‑time.

• Provide personal care, including toileting and personal hygiene.
• Assist individuals with daily routines such as eating, showering, meal preparation, and recreation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for each individual.
• Document all relevant information, observations, and incident reports during shift.
• Attend mandated trainings and meetings to become proficient in supporting I/DD individuals.
• Supervise and report on individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one (1) year of caregiving work history.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years of satisfactory driving history.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain composure in high‑pressure or crisis situations.
• Ability to build trusting, supportive, and respectful relationships with individuals receiving services.
• Willingness to learn sign language if needed.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and all required pre‑employment screenings.

Direct Support Professionals receive a $2,000 retention bonus, paid in installments: $500 after 6 months of employment, $500 after 12 months, and $1,000 after 18 months, subject to eligibility requirements and performance criteria.
