Blue Moon ABA is seeking passionate and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

- Must be RBT Certified, OR
- Have 3 years of ABA experience and have completed the 40-hour RBT course.
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional ABA services that help individuals with Autism reach their highest potential. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while receiving ongoing clinical support and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism.
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
- Coordinate care with the client's team members.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members.
- Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
- After school
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
