A community support organization in Absecon is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain properties in the southern region. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks such as repairing building damages and plumbing issues, ensuring properties are clean and safe, and preparing units for new residents. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 pounds.
