As an RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), you'll be exposed to a variety of surgical practices and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams recognized for their clinical expertise. Schedule/Hours:

Role Requirements:

• Active RN license in NJ or compact eligible
• Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and associated equipment
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Maintain strict adherence to surgical protocols and sterile techniques
• Monitor patient status, documenting interventions and outcomes
• Respond effectively to emergency situations in the OR
