Responsibilities:
Conduct Comprehensive Nursing Assessments
Develop and Implement Individualized Care Plans
Administer Medications and Treatments with Precision
Monitor and Evaluate Resident Responses with Compassion
Provide Unwavering Emotional Support to Residents and Families
Qualifications:
Valid RN License in NJ
Nursing Experience, Preferably in Long-Term Care
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Thrive in a Collaborative Team Environment
